Grief Counseling <3
Great way for children to understand dealing with losses.
Amazing and Well-Written <3
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story! It definitely brought tears to my eyes because I could relate to the character Cam. Growing up as a young child, I lost my grandfather and it was difficult. (I wish we had more books like these when I was younger.) Dr. Edwards you did an amazing job to help teachers, counselors, families, parents, etc help children to find healthy ways to cope during grief/loss! Highly recommended!
**Perfect Professional Children's Book**
This children's book is a great way to show young kids, how to go about coping with life, when grieving and losing someone. Some things for them aren't easier for them to understand as we would as adults. Guidance Counselors and Librarians in Schools should invest. Great work Dr. Dana Edwards
Very Educational Children’s Book on Grief and Emotions!
When reading this children’s book, the story really captivates the importance of healthy ways of how children and their families can cope with losing a loved one. The illustrations are phenomenal and really grasp the true essence of how Cam deals with losing his Grandma from beginning to end. This is a great book to discuss with children and adults in classrooms, counseling sessions, home environments, and other necessary settings of how to manage emotions when grief and loss occurs in life. This book is a very important read!!

Guidance Counselors
Guidance counselors are a great support system inside the schools and they are often overlooked. This book supports how important they are. Thanks Ms. E for your support when a child is going through something like the losing of a love one you made things easier for our little ones to understand. Great book!
